The basic message: This is the other good tripeaks game. If you are into tripeaks, you probably already own it. If you like solitaire, you should probably check it out.
Set in that same generic ancient Mesoamerican jungle place that has spawned a hundred casual games, the basic look and feel is well done, if a bit overly colorful. The basic gameplay is simple enough: count cards up and down, and try to get rid of all the cards on the table. The neat twist is that the faster you play your cards, the higher your bonus meter goes. When you trip the bonus meter, then you double your score. Trip it again to triple and quadruple your score. You’ll very quickly find yourself addicted to the little meter, and 15 more hands into the game than you ever intended to play. Problematically, the game has the same end game problem of most tripeaks games; you’ll find that in 3 of 5 games, you’ll get to the last few cards and not be able to finish. This can get irritating, but beyond that, it’s a good game, and one of the best in the genre. Definitely worth checking out.
